The company has developed into leading standby power equipment and power transformer manufacturers. We supply many prominent companies in the industrial and commercial sectors in addition to being the principle source of reference for many specifiers.
Alan D Moorhouse was one of the first designers to realise the significance of the effect of harmonic currents on transformers used in power distribution systems. Transformer manufacturers at Admagnetics have developed a range of harmonic cancellation transformers from this realisation. The requirement for this type of transformer has continued to grow and Admagnetics has become a leading supplier to panel manufacturers across a range of prestige projects.
The manufacture of Standby Power Equipment based on its wound component technology and expertise has always been a key part of the Admagnetics business. The company is the preferred supplier to many leading emergency lighting manufacturers and hospital supply companies.
The company operates an ISO 9001 : 2008 quality system and our products are subjects to a stringent testing procedure prior to delivery to our customers. We can offer witness testing and ongoing technical assistance for our complete product range through our sales and customer services departments.
The standby power equipment and transformer manufacturing factory is located in a modern industrial unit with very good access to the M65, M6 and M62 motorways.
